Welcome friends. This website is a journal of how I see and live in the world. There is no brand, or scam, just simple knowledge and information from an elders experience. The INTERVIEWS I feature will be with artists who have followed their passion regardless of success and now have something important to share. I suggest you listen, because it is from living fully, making, nay surviving our mistakes that we teach the next generations how to live in the world and find peace of mind.

For the past thirty years I have dedicated my life to teaching creative ways to live a holistic lifestyle, through eating an organic whole foods diet, daily meditation and following the eight limb path of yoga practice. Now I have returned to living life as an artist, writer and photographer featuring my work in self-published books that will share what I have learned along the path. There is no one way to live and I’ve always gone my own direction observing, learning, experimenting and gathering knowledge to share with you and anyone who seeks answers to the age old question, “Who am I?”
For me it begins with the highest quality food for a healthy body-mind and to that end I have published the third edition of The Body Rejuvenation Cleanse. If you want to lift yourself out of the doldrums caused by eating processed food or maybe you need to lose a few pounds; even if you just want to shift your yoga practice to a new level then this is the book for you. A whole foods diet is essential to support my spiritual practice, which provides discipline and guidance, both of which I have found in the practice of Ha-tha yoga and meditation. With my good friend Denise Kay we created the Ha-Tha Yoga Method and teach workshops and yoga certification programs from our over 50 years experience. I’ve learned a few things along the way. I hope you will find something in the books I have written, the workshops I continue to teach, my art and my blog that you can use on your own grand adventure. Because that’s what life is, a grand adventure that can lead us to achieve our true greatness or leave us broken by the side of the road.
